makan-makan.....


Ni khas untuk ibu2 yang dah tak sabar nak bg baby diaorg makan.... Peringatan untuk baby umur 6 bulan ke atas jer ek.. jgn ngengada tak sampai 6 bulan nak bg makan hukhukhuk.. mcm aku yg tak sabar ni la tapi tetap kuat kan iman supaya bersabar kah kah kah... For yana.... ni kak nani bg suggested daily menu....

Age 6 month

Upon awakening
-Breast/Formula

Breakfast
-Breast/formula
-2 pieces of rusk or 6-12 teaspoons of single-grain cereal mixed with breast or formula milk

Lunch
-6-12 teaspoons of pureed fruit or vegetable (make sure mixed it with breast of formula milk)
pureed fruit like red apple,banana,tomato,papaya,
pureed vegetable like sweet potato,curly flower,carrot.. mixed together.
-Drink of boiled water.

Tea
-Breast/Formula

Dinner
-Drink of Boiled water
-6-12 teaspoons of pureed rice porridge mixed with pureed carrot

Bedtime
-Breast/formula


7 to 9 month

Upon awakening
-Breast/Formula

Breakfast
- Breast/formula
-6-12 teaspoons of mixed baby cereal or 2 pieces of rusk

Lunch
-6-12 teaspoons of ground rice porridge with pureed or minced meat and green beans
-Drink of boiled water or diluted fruit juice

Tea
-Pureed fruit such as papaya or apple(red apple)

Dinner
-Drink of boiled water
-6-12 teaspoons of ground rice porridge with pounded anchovies and mashed broccoli

Bedtime
-Breast/formula

9 to 12 months

Upon awakening
-Breast/formula

Breakfast
-Breast/formula
-Plain breakfast cereal or rusks mixed with milk or mashed,hard boiled/scrambled egg yolk with bread

Lunch
-Mashed potato or bread with cheese slices
-yoghurt
-Drink of boiled water or diluted fruit juice

Tea
-Thinly sliced fruit,such as watermelon or honeydew

Dinner
-Drink of boiled water
-Half bowl of soft rice and chopped baby corn
-Milk pudding

Bedtime
-Breast/formula

12 to 18 months

Upon awakening
-Breast/formula

Breakfast
-Breast/formula
-Wholemeal bread or plain biscuit with melted cheese

Lunch
-Soft rice or meehoon with chopped chiken/meat
-Fruit jelly
-Drink of boiled water or soya bean milk

Tea
-Stewed or fresh fruit,or rusk

Dinner
-Soft rice with family/table foods but with less sugar,salt,seasoning and spices.

Bedtime
-Breast/formula
